Angels Breath (Hermien)

Connect to your body and   breath to learn a Dopamine Breathing  technique that releases the pleasure chemical into your brain to quiet your   mind and stimulate your body.

Warrior Wings Workout (Kyle)

Activate your body with   powerful movement in fluid motion,   which will incorporate calisthenics and compound exercises to kickstart your   day.

How to Meet Your Angels (Leoni)

Learn how to meet your   angels and guides. Get to know Arch Angels, their attributes and how we can   call on them for assistance.

Lunch (Lidia)

All meals during this   retreat is home made by Lidia with love and care to provide comfort and   sustenance to our guests.

The Angel Frequency (Hermien)

Together we will explore   healing frequencies and how sound and vibration impact our mental, physical,   and energetic bodies.

The Sound of Angels   meditation

Experience healing   frequency during a guided sound journey, implementing various instruments to   create vibration and frequency.

Drumming Circle (Garden Route Drumming)

An interactive and   facilitated Djembe drumming session to learn about and experience the   heartbeat connection.

Beachwalk and Breathwork (Hermien)

Sunrise is at 07:16 on this day and we will welcome the sun from the Klein Brakrivier beach with a  nature walk and short breathwork session to activate your body and mind.     Bring a warm jacket and gloves for this one.
