Intro to Tibetan Singing Bowls workshop

Service Description

During this five hour workshop, I will introduce you to the healing modality of Tibetan singing Bowls. I will share with you what they are and how they are made. We will explore the mysterious origins of the bowls and how the frequency, vibration and sound affect us. Together, we will discover the phenomenon of sound in greater depth so as to understand the unique sound of the bowls better. I will introduce you to the Chakra system and we will discuss the impact of the bowls on the body. In the last section of this workshop, we will have a practical experience where you will be introduced to technique and one sequence for specific outcome, to use on your journey forward. This workshop is a summary of opinions, ideas and phenomena and I trust that it will serve as a guide to you on your exploration journey.
