After initial contact via WhatsApp and one online session, during which we will determine your readiness to embark on your wellness journey, I will set a personalised program to optimise benefit to your particular needs. Together, we will plan an amount of set weekly online sessions and through my guidance and your homework, as well as WhatsApp and telephone support, we shall embark on your wellness adventure together.
